Lisa Russell has a vast real estate background in the multifamily sector, having more than 25 years of investment, development and management experience. In 2021, Lisa, in collaboration with fellow industry leader, co-founded Unitii Corp—a visionary venture with a commitment to providing a comprehensive end-to-end real estate experience in Western Canada. Prior to Unitii Corp, Lisa served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Boardwalk REIT since 2016, overseeing the REIT’s growth across Canada. Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary, and a designation as a Certified Property Manager from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Beyond her professional achievements with Unitii and Boardwalk, Lisa Russell has also made significant contributions to the real estate community, serving as a Director for European Residential REIT, REALPAC and the Calgary Residential Rental Association.

Jason Fleury brings over 25 years of extensive experience in Development, Construction Management, Pre-Construction services, and General Contracting for new builds, insurance restoration, and renovations across Western Canada. His work spans the public sector to private corporations and investors, including projects in assisted living, affordable housing, seniors’ facilities, single-family homes, large insurance losses, and multi-family rental/condo developments. His diverse background in development, project/construction management, and community contributions provides a unique advantage in architecture, finance, sales, marketing, and construction.

Darcy Durksen brings over 20 years of expertise to the residential multifamily industry, offering a comprehensive understanding of every stage of construction. His extensive experience encompasses development, building design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services. Darcy is also proficient in project management, estimating, and budget management, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional outcomes for clients.

Throughout his career, Darcy has been involved in a diverse range of projects, including entry-level condominiums, luxury senior condos, purpose-built rentals, assisted living facilities, and hotels across Western Canada. His ability to guide projects from initial budgeting to final turnover reflects his dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Darcy is a devoted husband and father to four daughters and an active member of his community. He shares his passion for teamwork and leadership as a Ringette coach, supporting young athletes in their development both on and off the ice. His commitment to family and community mirrors his professional values of collaboration, dedication, and excellence.
