Unitii Corp. is proud to announce the launch of our new Property Management company: Welcome Co.
We are strategically seeking a Senior Executive Leader – Property Management (Calgary, AB) to lead this venture and help build the company from the ground up. This is a rare and exceptional opportunity for an experienced, driven professional to take on a senior leadership role with significant influence over strategy, operations, and growth. The specific title of the role to be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
As a key leader of the team, you will work closely with seasoned executives who bring decades of experience and success in real estate development, investment, and property management, particularly within the Alberta market. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of Welcome Co., with ample opportunities for career advancement and performance-based growth incentives.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with substantial experience in Property Management
- Strategic thinking combined with operational expertise
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building teams and systems
- Ability to lead the implementation and build-out of the entire property management platform (software), preferably using Yardi
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of the Alberta real estate landscape
